In 1983, along with Joe Grabas, Dave established J&D Abstract and Title Services, Inc., the premier title search company in New Jersey. This company would give birth to Investors Title Agency, Inc. just one year later. Having gained a wealth of experience searching gas and oil leases across the southwest and examining titles in New Mexico, Dave came back to New Jersey in 1982. David set the standard for service at Investors which has far surpassed all of our competitors. He has held the hands of Homeowners and Attorneys alike at the closing table in an effort to insure the very best real estate transaction available, one that safeguards the most important investment most people will ever make. Whether writing titles in house, or delivering binders to your house, Dave continues to set the benchmark for SERVICE.

Joe is one of the founders of Investors Title Agency. He serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of our organization. Joe has a long and honored career in the title industry. Beginning as a title searcher in the late 70's Joe has worked his way up through the ranks to become a well respected and recognized leader in the New Jersey Title Insurance community. He served on the Management Board of the Agency Section of the New Jersey Land Title Association, as Vice Chairman and Chairman. He was a Founding Director of the New Jersey Land Title Institute, and a State Certified Title Insurance Instructor. Joe appears regularly as a guest speaker for Continuing Education seminars across the state. In 1992 the New Jersey Land Title Association recognized Joe's knowledge and experience by honoring him with the designation of Certified Title Professional. He served on the Executive Board of the NJLTA as Secretary/Treasurer, 2 nd Vice President, 1st Vice President and as President from 1997 to 1998. In the same year Joe graduated from Monmouth University with honors and a degree in History. His vast experience has taken him into the courtroom as an expert witness, to the steps of the Statehouse to testify before legislative committees, to the capitol in Washington, DC to lobby on behalf of the title industry and the title consumer. His extensive knowledge, experience and leadership is an asset that few other title agencies can claim.
