Richard S. McGowan is Senior Vice President of Sales for Investors Title Agency in Edison, New Jersey. Rich has been a Title Officer and Sales Manager since 1998. He brought his talents to Investors Title in 2003 after searching for a company that could provide the exceptional service and expertise he required for his clients.

Rich received a B.A. degree from Rutgers University where he majored in Economics and Labor Studies. His interest in business led him to the brokerage industry where immediately after college he joined J.B. Hanauer as a municipal bonds broker. Rich obtained many licenses including Series 6, Series 7, Life and Health so he could advise his clients appropriately during his 18 years in the financial services industry... His experience as a broker with Prudential Bache, Summit Trust and Smith Barney afforded him the opportunity to work with a diversified clientele, which he enjoyed tremendously.

Rich McGowan resides in his home town of Cedar Grove, New Jersey where he enjoys sharing his love of sports like fishing, skiing and golfing (but golf doesn’t love him back), with many life long friends.

John is the Chief Title Officer at Investors. He is not only responsible for production, but also for the training of the junior title officers at our firm. John came to work for J&D Abstract in 1986 searching in the Middlesex County Record Room. His talents were quickly recognized and he was moved in house to begin examining titles. He is now primarily responsible for the Pre-Closing production at Investors.

Evelyn brings over 50 years of experience to our firm. She began working as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law office. Over the years she has performed in excess of 10,000 real estate settlements. Evelyn left the legal profession in 1985 and came to Investors as a Title Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Her voluminous knowledge of the Real Estate settlement process is one of the cornerstones to our success.

Barbara is a Licensed Title Insurance Producer and responsible for the management of production at Investors Title. She is the one who insures that our title commitments get out on time and complete. Her leadership allows us to provide services that our competitors just cannot duplicate. Barbara's dedication to each and every client places Investors at the pinnacle of the title industry.

Kelli may be the first voice you hear when contacting Investors. We think first impressions are important and that is why we put this title officer on the front lines. Kelli walks you through the process and places your needs in the cross-hairs of our production team. Then she rolls up her sleeves and helps to examine titles. Kelli is our "lead-off hitter", she sets the plate for the rest of the team.

After the settlement takes place and the title closes, Investors work has just begun. Cover records, open mortgages, closing documents, hand delivery of recorded documents, policy preparation, post closing contacts; these things keep our files open for years after closing. Charlotte organizes and manages all of these items, while making it look easy. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to serve place her solidly in the "clean-up" position on this team.
